Start or Stop Service

If your home or business has an existing connection to Citizens Water and you need to start or stop water service, please call Customer Service at (317) 631-1431.

Citizens Water representatives will ask you to provide your name, phone number, Social Security number and the address of the property requiring activation or disconnection. Citizens Water requests at least three business days to activate or disconnect existing water service.
