Citizens Water is committed to providing a safe, potable water supply at reasonable consumer rates. Customers should feel confident that rates will remain stable and pricing will be competitive. Citizens Water will remain under the jurisdiction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC). Rates cannot increase unless approved by the IURC.
