Automatic Bank DeductionEnrolling in this program allows your payment to be automatically deducted from your checking account each month. There is no fee charged for this service. Download the Automatic Bank Deduction form or call our customer service department at (317) 631-1431. Once the form is filled out, please send it for processing to: Citizens Water Customers with automatic bank deductions (ABD) will notice a change in the description on their bank statement. ABDs will now be posted as "Citizens Water" instead of "Citizens Energy Group." The change is a result of the integration of water assets that took place on August 26, 2011. All ABD payments will be posted to accounts based on the account number associated with the ABD file. We apologize for any confusion and thank you for your patience. Pay by MailYou may detach the return part of you water/sewer bill and enclose it with your payment.
Drive-Up Drop BoxThe drop box is conveniently located at the front exit drive of the Citizens Water headquarters at 1220 Waterway Blvd. Customers may also utilize the drop box at Citizens Gas headquarters located at 2020 N Meridian. Please, do not put cash in the drop box. There is no transaction fee for this service. |
