Billing

Your account will be billed monthly. Your water meter will be read every other month. The billing you receive in between the bimonthly readings will be an estimated reading based on a moving average of your water usage. This estimating logic is approved by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC).

Your bill shall be the sum of a base charge based on the size of the meter through which you receive water service, a volume charge based on the amount of water the household has consumed and a sewer charge, if applicable. In addition to these charges, you may also have monthly installation charges for water or sewer connections.
